The 12 week Redemption Challenge is our all inclusive challenge including nutrition, workouts, and weekly zoom meetups. The challenge is designed to take you from working out at home to working with a barbell at the gym. The Redemption Challenge starts on Monday, June 10!

Who is this workout for: 

This program is for those who are ready to progress, and want to feel confident in the gym. If you need a change of pace and want to progress to barbell workouts safely with an online group this programs for you! 

 

The workouts are 3 phases

 

       Phase 1 movement prep 

Weeks 1-3  movement prep you will need dumbbells, bands and preferably a mat 

 

       Phase 2 - learn barbell technique 

Weeks 4-8 access to the gym with barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells 

 

       Phase 3 - progress to gain strength 

Weeks 9-12 access to a gym with barbells and kettlebells 

 

What is included for Nutrition:

  • Personalized macronutrients 

  • Nutrition guide for success 

  • App integration for success 

 

Weekly zoom meet ups: 

  • 1-hour weekly zoom meetups 

  • Accountability & problem solving
