Strength Training For Teens
PBS teens is a balanced exercise routine designed to produce cardio (aerobic) stretching and strength training. Teens may want to strength train to improve in a sport, school concentration and improve social skills.
Benefits of strength training for a teen:

- Make bones stronger
- Improve mental health
How to get started?
One way to get started would be to have a private appointment with any trainer at Prime Body Studios to learn the cues, the movements, and learn how to effectively walk with confidence into any group setting.

Another great option for teens, they can join our teen group training and learn how to make fitness fun! Teen group training is every Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30pm.
